Master Parent Coach, BSc (Hons) Psychology - First Class

As a fellow hands-full parent, I mean it when I say this is a tough gig. Pandemic aside, we live in a society that puts a heck of a lot of pressure on parents.

Navigating a family through the midst of it brought so much to the surface for me, and it was training as a parent coach that helped me make sense of it all.

Individual Parents

One-to-one coaching invites the deepest exploration. It’s a privilege to support parents who are trying their hardest for their families.

Couples

I love working with couples committed to positive parenting. We focus on teamwork, strengths, values and communication.

Parents To Be

Much of the important work can begin well before baby arrives. We focus on the emotional growth that will pay off for years to come.

Natalia Baker - Master Parent Coach

My journey to parent coach began with a First Class degree in Psychology, which gave me a grounding in child development.

Both my parents were Clinical Psychologists at the highest level (Mum still practises). They taught me a great deal about mental health and managing stress.

I have attended training on anger management and The Empowerment Dynamic, mentored disadvantaged youths with NACRO and volunteered at a school supporting learning difficulties.

I trained as an accredited Master Parent Coach with the Jai Institute for Parenting and founded Kindred Families in early 2021.

The Coaching Relationship

I couldn’t respect my clients more for coming to coaching with nothing more than their imperfect selves and a willingness to try.

My goal is to help you make sense of things, and from that clarity be able to fully step into confident family leadership.

I love working with people who have the:

  • Intention to improve relationships at home.

  • Commitment to try new things with self compassion.

  • Desire to support their child in a positive way.

That’s all you need for your first session - everything flows from there.

I believe it’s not a coach's job to hold all the power, but to support you in having a stronger relationship to your own power.

“We found the coaching sessions and recommended media very useful, which was provided in bite-size chunks that wasn’t overwhelming for two full-time working parents. I couldn’t recommend her more! In fact, she was a life saver in helping us deal with very trying times during a global pandemic.”

— Andrew and Jen, parents of two girls
